Agri Marine Ventures Review — The Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission, ref. sec.gov.ph has warned the public against investing in any scheme or monied proposal from Agri Marine Ventures in a recent post.
In a precise official communique on its official website, the commission advised against any business dealings with the company.
Going by the highlights on the enclosed notice, Agri Marine Ventures seems to be entangled in a series of fraudulent public securities.
As this clip from the notice shows, the Company could not hope to reverse this SEC status.
“The activity of AGRI MARINE VENTURES vis-à-vis ART BERROYA does not have the requisite secondary license and the said schemes can never secure the necessary license or permit for such offering and/or selling of securities to the public…”
No updates from the company execs about possible plans to rectify the ban has been forwarded.
This leaves the company affiliates, investors, and members with zero options — a normal trend among ROI-tied affiliate programs, which shuts down without any heads-up for their members.
Currently, reports of a reboot have been insinuated, but our Agri Marine Ventures Review hasn’t chanced on an official tag from the company itself.
So far, this can only be speculation, considering that the company is non-SEC recognized and can take down any proxies on short notice.
The most popular rebrand (or just a mere pseudonym used by the sponsored PRs) is Art Berroya, which offers exactly the same deals as Agri Marine Ventures. You can check the Facebook page to verify that the profile matches the one used by the official company as a tagline on most of its media outings.
One glaring blunder in the entire scheme is that no product is offered. Apparently, the members just have to delegate their investments valid for fixed periods, after which they can expect returns.
This is the first red flag about any so-called passive profit scheme — even before it gets busted by the appropriate authorities —, as long as the products are supposedly held in a trust, harvest, or a crypto incubator, it is most likely a scam.
After the first few times of paying ROIs promptly, such platforms will usually close operations without giving the members/investors any notice. That’s a template for a rip-off.

Despite the media hype and PR rife on its social media pages, including photo clips taken in grain fields, the company doesn’t have any on-ground investment. It merely re-hashes the typical MLM script — buy up a membership plan and earn ROIs.
At the end of the fixed period, the members can withdraw their profits at the charge of a processing fee of 10% per request.
So, here are the available plans tied to returns after the validity period.

It doesn’t stop at this point, though. Depending on the affiliates’ downline investment volume, the company places members on a 2×2 Matrix cycle.
Earn More Profits on 2×2 Matrix Grid
The deal in this aspect seems to be a levels-tied profit matrix, where members get to withdraw earnings upon attaining a downline investment threshold.
Hint: here is a highlight.
Agri Marine Ventures Review — earn up to 5000 PHP on the top affiliate 2×2Matrix grid, which uses basic investments in the compensation program as a weighting factor.
But how does a matrix grid work? We will explain briefly.
How It Works
The 2×2 Matrix — also binary team — uses a simple format. An affiliate gets the top spot, while subsequent recruits get lower positions directly below the affiliate. Any member recruited by the affiliate’s downlines also gets similar positions. However, only two placements are available per entry.
So, the space below the affiliate’s position is Level 1 and it has two spots, each of which has two spots. Continuing the pattern, every spot in a position has two spots. The sequence goes on infinitely, although there is a cap on the maximum earnings.
Once the affiliate gets to the maximum profits per investment cycle, the ROIs are paid out and the spillovers are added up for a renewed cycle.
As our Agri Marine Ventures Review finds, the company seems to offer two options on this level — 5000 PHP paid out for personally recruited affiliates or a 30-day investment.
Further, anyone looking to join the program will have to invest at least 500 PHP.
Are all these strings of investments legit? See our Agri Marine Ventures Review conclusion for details.
Agri Marine Ventures Review | Conclusion
The notice from the Philippines SEC pens an end to the multiple ROI scheme run by Agri Marine Ventures. And that’s the only legal conclusion that determines if the company offers any viable deals.
Clearly, no farms in the Philippines can possibly hope to pay any random investor 200% returns on investment, as the SEC clarifies.
Also, Agri Marine Ventures could not hope to get a pass for such a program, considering that its primary blueprint is entirely inadmissible by any framework within the Philippines’ jurisdiction. So, the whole deal is a sham.
Agri Marine Ventures offers fraudulent 200% ROI investment deals, and the Philippines SEC has duly notified the public to steer clear of it. Don’t lose your money to scammers.
