Depositing funds into Mpesa personal accounts are free of charge

A fund transfer of Ksh 1-100 to another Mpesa user is also free of charge

Between Ksh. 501-1,000 withdrawals will cost a fee of Ksh. 28 shillings.

Transferring money between 2501 and 3500 will cost Ksh. 51 bob

Safaricom will debit you 67 shillings if you eventually withdraw Ksh. 5,000 from your personal account. Meanwhile, they will deduct Ksh. 55 if you send more than 5,000, and below 10,000.

Also, if you’re sending Ksh.10,000 shillings, they will deduct Ksh. 87 bob, and Ksh. 20,000 is Ksh. 102.

To withdraw Ksh, 20,000, it will deduct Ksh 180 from your account or the money withdrawn.
